Comcast and an evil possible gag

Comcast is getting something right! I'm currently in the process of packing up all my belongings and changing abodes. Yesterday, when I called them to switch my service to a new address, they had a new feature that allowed me to retain my place in line, awaiting a customer service rep, but to have them call me back instead of hanging out on hold.

Overall, the system worked pretty well. You punch in your number, tell it your name, and they tell you how long they expect it to be before they get back to you. When they call back, it plays back the name you gave them and tell you to press "1" when that person is on the line.

So, here's what I think might be fun. Call Comcast at 877-824-2288. Hopefully you'll be put on hold and have the option for the call back. Enter a friend/enemy's number (it's not clear whether or not they validate the number you're calling from). Leave a name similar to "Assface McCrackin" and let them call your friend/enemy. Bwahaha! Great stuff.

DISCLAIMER: Please note that I have not pulled this prank nor do I know if it will work. Caveat emptor.
