It's now nothing more than a local trail, illegal for vehicles to traverse. Despite living here for 12 years, nobody in the house had ever been up to the top via the trail. I'm currently in the process of packing up all my belongings and changing abodes. Yesterday, when I called them to switch my service to a new address, they had a new feature that allowed me to retain my place in line, awaiting a customer service rep, but to have them call me back instead of hanging out on hold. Overall, the system worked pretty well.
